The Road User Charging Adjudicators comprise an independent tribunal which decides appeals against Congestion Charging, Low Emission Zone and Ultra Low Emission Zone penalties in London. The Road User Charging Adjudicators are supported by London Tribunals (a part of London Councils)

The tribunal is independent from Transport for London and London Councils.

Cases are decided by independent adjudicators, all of whom are lawyers of at least 5 years standing, and are directly appointed by the Lord Chancellor. They decide each case impartially, applying the law to the facts of the case.

The aim of this site is to provide information, guidance and assistance to anyone intending to appeal to this tribunal.
