Key Cases
A number of the Adjudicators' decisions have dealt in detail with points and principles of parking and traffic law. These key decisions are stored here for you to view.
Please note however, that adjudicators are not bound by each others decisions; each case is heard on its individual merits.
You can search by the subject matter of the decision by clicking the arrow next to the subject field to view the subject index.
You can also use the keyword search which picks up words in the decision title, e.g. Mayor -v- London Borough of Camden, Going for change, or date (18 July 1997).
The documents in the key cases directory are available as PDF files or Microsoft Word files. You may need to download the free Adobe Reader to open the files.
